Hebrews For Today is the result of more than ten years of study, comparison of scripture with scripture, and careful examination of the purpose of the New Covenant and the end time work described throughout the Bible. Hebrews For Today is the first of three books in the For Today series.
It will be followed by New Covenant For Today, which explains in detail the message the servants of God are required to carry, the Gospel of the Kingdom of God and what the New Covenant actually means in practical, functional terms.
The third book, Revelation For Today, will outline the sequence of events that bring this age to its conclusion.

The Purpose of This Book

The purpose of Hebrews For Today is to explain what is required of those who are described in Hebrews as “those who serve the living God.” In particular, it focuses on the final period of this age and the work that must be completed before the Kingdom of God is established.

The book argues that the message of Hebrews ultimately prepares the way for the formation of what Revelation describes as the Philadelphia era—a group given an undeniable “open door” to carry out their work. Hebrews explains the responsibilities, the standard required, the nature of faith and obedience, and the role of those who will complete the work God began through Christ.
